About RallyPoint

Every convention you've ever loved was held together by somebody's spreadsheet. Usually several spreadsheets. Badge sales in one system, the schedule in another, vendors in an email thread, volunteers on a clipboard, and the money in a shoebox of receipts that one heroic treasurer swears they'll reconcile after teardown.

RallyPoint exists because the people who run conventions deserve better tools than the ones they've been duct-taping together — and because those people are usually volunteers themselves, doing this for love of the thing, on evenings and weekends, for a community that mostly never sees the work.

So we build the whole desk: badge sales that know what's left, schedules that know what's where, volunteer crews that know who's on shift, sponsor and vendor pipelines that don't live in anyone's inbox, and books that actually balance — every dollar traceable from the moment it came in to the reason it exists, exportable to the accounting tools your treasurer already uses.
